Shatter by OPI, once applied over nail lacquer begins to crackle, leaving behind a textured pattern on nails.

1. On clean, dry nails add one coat of an OPI Base Coat.

2. Apply 1-2 shade of chosen OPI lacquer shade and allow to dry.

3. Apply 1 coat (and only 1 coat) of Shatter by OPI, quickly covering the whole nail. Application should be thin for the ultimate Shatter effect. Allow to dry completely.

4. For a shiny finish apply OPI Top Coat.
