Making up the set is a 39.5 cm lipped roasting tray and a 36 cm self-basting roaster with lid.

Why is the roaster self-basting? Key are the little dimples in the lid - the evaporating moisture inside the oven dish collects on the underside, then gathers on the dimples and drips back onto the food beneath.

Vitreous enamel interior and exterior is easy to clean and comes in an attractive black speckled colour that will perfectly complement the style of your kitchen.

Suitable for oven use up to 230°C (gas mark 8). Both the roasting tray and roaster dish are finished with the official Gino D'Acampo signature.
