Perrier Jouet is a small boutique Champagne producer founded in 1811. Since then it has enjoyed a passionate following from the royal courts of Queen Victoria and Napoleon III as well as Coco Chanel, Grace Kelly and Lily Langtry. A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and Meunier, split evenly, and 20% Chardonnay selected from 30 'crus' which spends a minimum of three years maturing on its 'lees'. Grand Brut has a fine consistent bead of bubbles which release deliciously floral slightly honeyed fruit aromas. 75cl.

Tsarine Cuvee Premium Brut Champagne. The fine, ethereal dance of delicate bubbles rises through the glass in green-gold glints. The aromas are expressed discreetly and slowly; lime blossom and lemon grass mingle with lighter notes of bitter orange and quince. The freshness and elegance of this Champagne are confirmed on the palette. The dominant citrus notes combine with the more sophisticated aromas of white peach and grape.
